Be a coop stop

If you want to be a coop stop, post your name and region below. Once we have some ideas of who is interested this will help us decide when and where the first tour will be. Make sure your email address is valid so I can contact you to arrange a tour in your area.

I will decide where the tour will be based on how many people from a region want to be in the tour. I will do my best to keep the tour close enough together so that people can bike to all the stops, if they want.

When the tour is picked, I will remove all the stops that are on the tour from the list so that we only have those on the list who are waiting to be on a tour.  If you were part of a tour, and want to be one again, put your name back on the list.  I will not create a tour in the same region too close together though.

Wifey says she's game. (Mt. Tabor)

We've got four hens (Rock, Ameraucana, Australorp, Wyandotte). The yard's kinda fun to see, too. We're between Burnside and Stark on SE 53rd.

I'd say no pets and no entering the coop or feeding the girls.

Rian

Montavilla

I am game! 87th between Mt. Tabor and 205 Mall. Lots of street parking. Eight girls and holding for the moment! Elsbeth

Monthly coop tour

We're in Salem, near the Oregon State Fairgrounds. Easy access from I-5. Lots of street parking. Hope we can have a Salem area tour! Come visit our chicken tractor setup with 11 Bantys that free range the backyard.

east of Vancouver

We'd be happy to be on the list for the tour. We've got a coop my husband built on an old trailer bed for our 30-something chickens and it is quite a piece of work. We're in Venersborg, 10 minutes east of 205 for Vancouverites or a half hour NE of PDX for Portlanders.

Vancouver (HazelDell)

Seems we have several in the HazelDell area. We have hens, a coop and lots of other fun things to see and would love to be part of the tour. We are West of I-5 and between 78th & 99th streets.

SE Chicken Palace

We'd love to be a part! We are in Woodstock on 48th.

NE Portland

I'm located in NE Portland. Would you mind counting me in please!

You can count me in. Mine is

You can count me in. Mine is nothing fancy just an enclosed space at the end of the barn... but your more then welcome to come and look. located in Oregon City.

Count us in

Not much to see, I suppose, but we have 5 chickies and an overengineered coop in Hazel Dell (Vancouver, just off I-5, south of Salmon Creek). Loads and loads of street parking, plus can fit a couple in my driveway.

Oregon City!!

Count in Rancho de Kao in Oregon City. Parking, no problem, chickens, check. You might want to watch your bags and backpacks for stow aways! Tonya

creston-kenilworth stop (inner SE)

I'd love to be a part! we're on 39th just north of holgate and i know there are three other coops within 4-5 blocks' walk so I'd love to recruit them too.

Tualatin

I'm in unincorporated Washington county, just outside of the city limits of Tualatin. Parking is no problem, up to 20 cars. Over 20, cars could park in my field.

Montavilla stop (inner SE - barely)

We'd be game. We're at 80th on the east side of Mt. Tabor. Parking would just be street parking but it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Cedar Mill (NW Portland)

We're game! We are a little parking challenged, but if it's a weekend, there's a day care across the way with several parking spaces, as well as an elementary school up around the corner with LOTS of parking spaces. This could be great fun! Blessings, dina
