Tired Garden Newsletter #3

I rented a MantisĀ® Tiller to do some work on the beds and the yard. It weighs just 20 pounds and is very powerful for its size. I think I needed something bigger, since I was trying to work the yard, where I want to re-seed. But for the beds, it did a really nice job. I don't recommend it for turning new beds, but for working established beds, it works wonders. Give it a try! If you buy it and don't like it, they offer an unheard of 1 year money back guarantee!

Be sure to read the blog. I make new entries several times a week. The plant index is also slowly growing. I'm only adding a couple plants a week, because I'm trying to double check the information from more than one source to make sure it is correct. I'm also doing this in my very little spare time, so I don't get to work on it as much as I'd like.

Some of my recent blog entries include: Seeding the Lawn, a review of Pizzicato, a discussion of light bulbs, and some information about composting toilets.

I installed Snap Shots for more interactivity on the site.

My first video is posted. Learn about upside down planter.

I have had some downtime. There may be a little more to come before we settle in on a new host.
